All members of the Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia are required to report to P²AD and the public on their environmental program, goals, and progress. Failure to submit an Annual Performance Report (APR) by the deadline is cause for removal from Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia. Completed APRs will be made available to the public on this web site upon their receipt and approval.
When Partners are required to submit their first APR after enrollment depends on the level.
Champion & Bronze Levels
APRs are due every year on April 30th following the acceptance of the application. For example, a Bronze Partner accepted in January of 2008 must submit an APR on or before April 30, 2008.
Silver & Gold Levels
APRs are due April 30th of each year, beginning with the April 30th following the year in which a member is accepted into the Partnership, and annually thereafter. For example, a Gold Partner that applied in April 2007 and was accepted by July 2007 must submit their first APR by April 30, 2008.
With the 2008 program change to open enrollment with four quarterly review/acceptance periods for Silver and Gold level applications, the following chart details reporting requirements.

P²AD requires all APRs to be submitted online. The online on-line system will automatically populate any information you have already given us through your application or previous APRs when you log in. This will save you the time and effort of re-entering information you have supplied, letting you focus on giving us an update.
If you have any questions about annual reporting requirements or other aspects of Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia, please contact Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia staff at 404-651-5120 or info@p2ad.org.
