The Home Depot Now Recycling CFLS

In an effort to expand its long-term commitment to the environment and sustainability, The Home Depot recently launched a compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulb-recycling program. This free service is available to customers at all The Home Depot locations.

Customers can bring any expired, unbroken CFL bulbs to the returns desk at their local The Home Depot store. The bulbs will then be recycled, maximizing safety and ensuring environmental compliance. For more information on The Home Depot CFL recycling program, click here ()

If you have questions or concerns about CFL’s, check out the article, ‘Clearing the Air on CFLs’, from P²AD Technical Assistance Manager, PJ Newcomb by clicking here. DoD – EPA Environmental Workshop begins June 30
