26 Businesses Commit to Make Georgia More Sustainable
Atlanta, GA – Twenty-six Georgia businesses recently made a serious commitment to protect and preserve Georgia’s environment by joining the Pollution Prevention Assistance Division’s (P²AD) Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia. These businesses joined 117 other organizations that have already committed to environment leadership via the program.
“P²AD Partners lead the way in implementing sound environmental practices, while recognizing that what’s good for the environment can also be good for the bottom line,” said Suzanne Burnes, Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia Manager. “The strong response from the business community underscores the value of performance-based programs such as ours.”
